why does my PC keep getting slow and how can I fix it

hello I have a question about my PC I built it march of 2023 and it has a nvme SSD, it keeps getting slow and the settings keep breaking forcing my to redownload windows 11, I used home, pro and had to download it 7 times at this point, my games also run poor until I reset windows, what are some fixes?
