Why does my pc keep freezing after boot?

My PC keeps freezing within the first three minutes of me turning it on and idk why. I shut off my pc and turn it back on and it usually runs smooth from there. There is no freezing after being on it for a while. Sometimes when it freezes and I turn it back on some of my apps are shown as white pages and I need to redownload them. I am afraid if it happens to one of my games then I could lose progress. I turned secure boot on and back off and ran a system scan as well as a hard drive scan and nothing came up. I also ran a memory diagnostic test and there are no results shown in my event viewer
