Why does my PC blackout when using software other then a browser?

I have a problem on my computer that makes it difficult to enjoy my time on my PC. Whenever I try to play Minecraft or use an editing software, (Capcut) my PC blackouts for about 4 seconds. I have an OMEN 25L Desktop that I have had for almost a year. I use a NVIDIA monitor that i have had for around the same time. I had an update check 4 hours ago that said I'm ok. This started late yesterday, and has no solution I could find. Thank you for your time.
