Why does my monitor keep showing "No signal"?

[Windows 10]

My hardware is: a Ryzen 7 5800X CPU, GeForce RTX 3060 GPU, 32GB RAM, Dark Rock 5 210W TDP cooler,512GB SSD and 1TB HDD. Unsure about monitor. When I boot up my PC, my keyboard, mouse, and all my fans visibly turn on but the monitor remains on standby. I've tried pressing keys (to no effect), turning the monitor off and on again, where it then says "No signal", and switching cables. None of this has worked so far.
