Why does my Microsoft Laptop (runs on Windows 10) turn off wifi when it goes idle?

Recently, like in the past 2 days, my Microsoft laptop disconnects from wifi when it goes idle. It can reconnect, but it becomes a big hassle and sometimes my computer will connect to wifi, but my computer says "no internet" despite every other device has wifi and no wifi issue. I have no idea what to do and I tried the suggestions from another post (wifi randomly goes out on Windows 10 when computer is idle), but got stuck on step 4, when I couldn't find WIFI adapter in my device management and there were alot of choices (please see screenshot).
