Why does my Microphone show as Disabled?

In Windows 11 - Settings / Sound / All Sound Devices I have listed a Microphone Array, part of Lenovo FHD Webcam Audio. This shows as Disabled. Why ??? How do I enable it?When I click on it and go to Properties it is set to "allow Apps and Windows to use this device for audio". All the other settings make sense in terms of it should work, so why is it disabled? The microphone is enabled under Settings / Privacy and Security. The driver has been updated and is current. Windows 11 is current with updates. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the webcam, but it reinstalled with Microphone Disa
