Why does my marvel rivals not run properly?

[Windows 11]

I open up epic games and launch marvel rivals, it then opens the marvel rivals launcher and it’s already lagging ( very low fps ) I launch the game and it’s still very low fps. All of my settings are low I have no background apps or anything. I checked task manager and it said my gpu was barely being used while my cpu was mostly being used.
