Ever since I got my laptop, a bit over a month ago, it hasn’t worked in my dorm. Everywhere else it’s completely fine. However, as soon as I enter my dorm, it goes blue screen and starts restarting it. I’ve tried to fix it on my own with troubleshooting, resetting, or system tests. However, none of those have worked, the laptop itself seems fine but being here it messes up completely. I spoke with the IT we have here and they said they can’t do anything for peoples personal items and I need to go to the manufacturers of my laptop. This is getting frustrating but I don’t want to get rid of it.
