Why does my laptop keep crashing when i plug in the charger?

Why does my laptop keep crashing when i plug in the charger, sometimes it restarts and most of the time i get a BSOD Page Fault, initially it was HYPERVISOR_ERROR. I tried to recover to the last working state but now it is critical_process_died error. Attached is the dump zip file. Dump file
