The laptop's screen glitches and turns black whenever the charger is plugged in and when it does, she has to completely reboot it only for it to happen again. But whenever it isn't plugged in, it works completely fine, no issues whatsoever. We tried any possible solutions such as updating the display drivers or any updates but nothing has worked. We can't even factory reset the laptop since it has to be plugged in and the screen starts bugging again. Any idea what can be done?
