Why does my Ethernet configurations show a small amount of properties? And why are the properties limited to such low numbers?

Hello. Today I was trying to optimize my Ethernet settings for gaming. Every tutorial shows this optimization by changing the Ethernet Properties. (Control Panel - Network and Sharing Center - Ethernet - Properties - Configure - Advanced). The tutorials show many properties in which can be changed (about 20-30 or so), while I only have 7. Flow Control, Interrupt Moderation, Network Address, Priority & VLAN, Receive Buffers, Speed & Duplex, Transmit Buffers. This makes so I can barely optimize the settings.
