Why does my edge keep on playing videos when I charge even when there is no opened browser?

So, it started with my chrome, I was playing and suddenly YouTube videos from languages that I cannot understand kept on popping up so I deleted Chrome. Afterwards it happened to my Edge and what's worse is that something is playing even though Edge isn't even opened. I cleaned the laptop and all, then restarted. It stopped happening, but when I open edge or charge my laptop it suddenly starts again.At this point I don't know what to do anymore, should I reformat? Pls help T-T
