Why does my computer keep saying based on IP address I'm signed on from my current device located in Redding CA and I'm not, I'm on the Central Coast CA? I also keep getting advice for a device running Windows 10 and I bought my device 8 months ago with Windows 11 in S mode not 10. It has been identified as a Dell 2in1 laptop and it's a HP laptop. I've factory reset it installed windows 11 all over again. I set the default location. I believe I've done everything I can think of.
