Why does my app load, and not open.

Okay, I've have Escape from Tarkov for 3 years and I am just now coming back from a long break from playing. Obviously it needs an update. But when I try and load up the launcher it wont load up. I've re-installed it multiple times on my SSD and HDD, but it just doesn't come up. I went to their website and did all the things they said to do but still, load up as Admin, and making it have "full control" to SYSTEM from the properties, nothing.
