Why does Microsoft suck absolutely ****?

I’ve been hung up on twice. Waited to get a call for over an hour cumulatively. I paid for a Microsoft 365 Subscription and still can’t used Microsoft Word. The people who speak on the phone have no idea how to help me and keep hanging up on me. What the **** is wrong with this company?
