Why does Microsoft claim that Windows 7 is "not genuine" when it absolutely is.

I just restarted an one of my older laptop computers. The computer is a Dell laptop that still has the original OEM Windows 7 that it came with. That copy of Windows was "activated" years ago. NOTHING has been changed. Still the original motherboard, CPU, RAM, hard drive, everything is original. Today when I powered up the laptop Windows says it is not genuine.Of course Microsoft no longer provides any support for questions about Windows being "genuine" just the boilerplate nonsense telling you to buy Windows 11 (which almost certainly wouldn't run on this old laptop even if I wanted to p
