Why does Mail App Windows 11 suck?

OK, my Windows 11 Mail App is now 100% worthless. I have 2 email accounts in it, one or the other is always not working. This has been going on for months/years! Why? Tech support has tried to fix the various email synching issues like 9 times and failed. This week I set up and tried using Outlook and hate it. Outlook is way too complicated and bulky for a Home user like me that only needs simple easy-to-use email (I am a photographic artist and an author and a blogger not a software engineer) As a result I am dumping any/all Windows email apps. I will now be using 2 separate taskbar shortcuts
