Why does Libronix 3.0 digital library no longer work with the Win 11 24H2 update?

Libronix 3.0 digital library stopped working with the installation of Windows 11 24H2. I tried to uninstall and re-install Libronix but still it does not work under 24H2. I cannot rolled back Windows to 23H2 because when I found out that Libronix was not working, 10 days had already passed. In my other other computer I was able to roll back to 23H2 and Libronix digital library is still working. I need to do an in place roll back to 23H2, but Microsoft does not have a download for 23H2.
