Why does it say "Updates failed" when I try to update my laptop?

I've been having this weird error for like the past 3 months and I've tried every troubleshooting advice I could find online, but it didn't work.The install error is: "Install error - 0x80070103"The driver it keeps telling me I need to install is "Hewlett-Packard - USB - 6/1/2018 12:00:00 AM - 46.2.2631.18152"System information: Edition Windows 11 ProVersion 24H2Installed on ‎10/‎27/‎2024OS build 26100.2894Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.36.0
