Why does Copilot Pro keep apologizing instead of just meet up with commitment by Microsoft?

I subscribed the Copilot Pro, with the experience I had on my working as my notebook at work installed the Copilot. I could gather information quickly. I knew that there was limitation on the home free version and so I subscribed for the paid Copilot Pro for home use today, based on the description on the Microsoft page comparing free vs Pro version. After using for an hour, it was a total disappointed experience. The Copilot Pro offered low level of response. I could not feel any difference vs free version.
