why does copilot keep saying it can not talk right now every time I push the microphone? I pay extra a month just for this feature and settings are al

I would love to be able to talk to copilot and I pay to have a better version of copilot just for this reason yet,I keep getting told that copilot cant talk right now. When I first got copilot I as able to talk and have fast conversations but now it not even able to listen to me talk when push microphone. I even went and made sure my settings were not the problem and everything is on and says it should be working. any feedback would be great! I will not be paying the extra money a month if this feature doesn't work by tomorrow.
