After installing the KB5043145 update for Windows 11 23H2, every single time I turn on or restart my computer a white window pops up / flashes for a fraction of a second and then it disappears (This white window doesn't contain any text or images, it is just a white square). This white window always pops up / flashes approximately 2 minutes after I have turned on or restarted my desktop computer.This had never happened before.
