Why do the videos I send from my phone to my PC have low FPS, keep freezing up, and sometimes the audio is a bit ahead of the video

I'm not really a professional at any of this, so I might not be able to explain the situation too well.My Windows PC is a Lenovo G50-45 laptop. My phone is a Galaxy A32 5G running OneUI 4.1 and Android 12. This problem happens with any video I try to send to my laptop, whether it be by email or by USB. What is the reason behind this? Also, I can use YouTube just fine, so I know my laptop can definitely handle some kinds of videos.
