Why do Microsoft Solitaire Collection ads supersede my volume mixer controls? It is set to 0% and yet as soon as the ad starts my ears bleed from how

For the love of all things holy. Fix your apps, I see countless request on here to turn down the ad volume and now it is worse! I can't even set the volume in mixer to zero to not hear the ad because screw you user and your ears, we just play the audio AT FULL BLAST regardless. I shouldn't have to risk ear damage just to play solitaire.
