Why do I only have a balanced power plan in Windows 11?

Why do I only have a balanced power plan in Windows 11? I also want high performance for games. I tried to run this command in the command line but it says 'access denied': reg add HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power /v PlatformAoAcOverride /t REG_DWORD /d 0
