Why do I not get the Arabic numbers in the Keyboard when my default is Arabic?

I mean at this point, it's just unnecessarily frustrating and silly. It is the Arabic keyboard but the Arabic numbers are in English? I just want to quickly point out the the English numbers themselves originate from the Arabic numerals. If the keyboard is Kurdish, I get the Arabic numbers. Fix this please. It's Windows 11 already!
