why do i keep black screening when playing a high demanded game

Hi anything that can help would be amazing guys. I hadn't updated my bios in 4 years like a month or two ago as I was noticing my computer getting slower over time as I've uploaded the new bios I'm having issue after issue even to a point were a brand new M.2 completely corrupted.so when I have a application open that demands anything at all I ticked the box to restart after a crash because it was getting tiring to keep restarting the computer on a button anyways the computer goes into a limp state and both screens go black.
