WHY DO I HAVE OLD VERSION OF INBUILT APPS AND INTERFACE IN UPDATED WINDOWS 10

I recently updated my Windows 10 and since my apps and Microsoft Office have gone to some older version.I have tried resetting the windows ... on cloud download of windows i get [ Windows 10 22H2 19045.2006]Windows update don't seem to have any effect on the pc.I have updated to the latest version of windows 10 22H2.For an example ...This is the version of Microsoft Store running though it is highly updated now..HOW DO I FIX THIS???HOW DO I GET THE UPDATED INTERFACE AND APPS??
