Why do I have Microsoft Visual C++ 2015~2019 (x86) on my PC?

Hello everyone,I have the (x86) version of Visual C++ installed on my Win11 (64bit) system, but why is the 32-bit version of (x86) present?When I checked the installation date, I noticed that it was the same date as the OS installation.
