Why do certain apps and browsers load with a delay on Windows 11?

Dear Community,I have a problem on my Windows 11 system that various browsers and Windows applications load with a delay after I click on them. This means that when I click on a Chrome, Brave or Firefox browser for example, I see a blank screen for about 3 seconds and then the browser home page appears. The Microsoft Store and simple apps like the calculator also load with a delay of about 3 seconds.
