The other day I wanted to reset my pc completely. I went to my settings and went to factory reset, and ended up doing so. Everything was perfectly fine and it reset everything. Until, after it was done resetting a blue screen popped up asking for a few language settings. Once I filled those in, I clicked next on the bottom right. The next screen was a blue screen that said “Why did my PC restart?” And underneath it stated “There’s a problem that’s keeping us from getting your PC ready to use, but we think an update will help get things working again.
