Why did my Intel Sound Service fail to load?

Hi,I just bought a new ASUS Vivobook laptop and everything was perfect until this happened - once I installed a Voxal voice changer by NCH Software, my Intel Audio Service failed to load and my Realtek driver stoped working. Everything was working before, I don't understand why did it stop working. What should I do?
