On July 25, 2023, I switched the Microsoft account on my laptop to a local account, and both unlinked the laptop from my Microsoft account and removed my Microsoft account from the Microsoft store on the Microsoft account web page.Following this, on the same device, with the same Microsoft account, I signed into the mail app and the Xbox app, and I checked to make sure that my account remained local (which it was).Today, I checked the device list for my Microsoft account on the Microsoft account web page, and noticed my laptop had reappeared in the device list.
