I created a Microsoft service ticket this morning for an issue with Windows App. I chose to receive a call from support. They called and I explained the issue and I was having trouble understanding the agent as she had an accent and the line was not clear. I told her I was having difficulty understanding the words and she hung up the call. A while later I called the number that was used to call me and the agent passed me to Windows support.
