Why did I have windows 11 Activation issue, Error code 0xC004C020?

Hi,Why my Activate state become not active and with Error code 0xC004C020?I recently upgrade my motherboard and CPU, thus retaining the SSD with my existing Microsoft windows11 installed on it, but upon checking a message appeared to Activate windows, further check that now an error code 0xC004C020 is the culprit.I already tried fresh installed and remove the old device from my Microsoft account but still the error code is still displaying.
