Why did an official windows update break my laptop?

[Windows 11]

I was working on my laptop when I was gonna finish up for the day. I went to settings to check for any updates and it said Windows 11 and then some number, maybe 22H or twenty something T I don't remember. Anyway the point is after I installed this update (this is in the settings app, system updates tab) and restarted my laptop, I went to a BSOD and not a single option works to restore/repair my PC back to working order again. I tried everything, previous update reboot via USB, all BSOD troubleshoot options, all cmd.exe (Admin) prompt commands, everything... Nothing works, only thing I haven't
