why did 365 download with my order of 2024?

Hi I bought micro office home 2024 and when downloaded, 365 at the same time. How can it be deleted and how can the OneDrive data be deleted and how can I stop all automatic saving and transfer of data to OneDrive? I do not wish to be connected to the cloud. Thank you
