why copilot don't know edge features?

I asked a question it about edge, get this answer "Ensure that your browser settings are not configured to open links in new tabs by default. Here’s how:Open Microsoft Edge: Click on the three dots (...) in the upper right corner to open the menu.Go to Settings: Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.Site Permissions: Scroll down and click on "Site permissions".Pop-ups and Redirects: Click on "Pop-ups and redirects".Toggle Off: Make sure the option that says "Open sites in new tabs after I click on a link" is toggled off." but there is no feature in settings unless searching for it.
