Why certain features and sensors malfunction after keyboard replacement?

Hello,I recently replaced my keyboard on my Dell Latitude 9410 laptop and now various features aren't working correctly. All features include Dell's awareness mode where the screen is supposed to turn on when the user returns, the microphone, the adaptive brightness, and the camera initially but using the troubleshooter solved that one. And possibly others. To my knowledge, I did not damage any internal parts while doing said replacement. Something else I wanted to point out is that after replacing it, the first couple of times the laptop attempted to boot but gave me a blue screen error. I we
