windows defender seemed to have detected a trojan but when I try to press the take action button nothing happens. I have tried countless things such as deleting scan logs through event viewer, offline scans, full scans, using Malwarebytes, Microsoft malicious software removal tool, insert, and even Kaperspy. deleting the logs did nothing and the third-party scans didn't find anything also when I scan with Microsoft Defender it says in the notifications bar that there were no threats found even though on the main screen it says it found the trojan. One more thing to add what that the scans fold
