Why can't see OneDrive Personal Vault in Office 365 Open file screen?

Windows 10 Home and Office 365, all updates appliedMS Personal Vault, signed in, I can see all files in File Explorer.In Excel File > Open, click OneDrive, doesn't show Personal Vault folder on the right. It does show Documents.I choose BROWSE and can navigate to the Personal vault and file. But this is too many steps; why can't Personal Vault&n
