Why Can’t My Laptop Discover a Specific WiFi Network?

Good day, everyone. I hope you're all doing well. My laptop can't discover a WiFi network that I was connected to just a few days ago, even when I'm in range or in the same room as the router. However, it does discover other nearby WiFi networks. This is not the first time—it's the second time I've encountered this issue. I even switched accommodations, thinking it was the WiFi, but now I see it's my laptop because my phone connects perfectly to the network.The laptop is a Dell, and the network driver is 1704 802.11b/g/n (2.4GHz).What could be the problem, and how can I fix it?
