Why can’t my computer show any wifi networks ?

[Windows 11]

I can’t connect to the wifi on my laptop, it doesn’t even show it as an option and only Ethernet works. This isn’t a new computer and the issue only appeared around 2 days ago with no cause I can think of. I’m running on windows 11, can someone help me out with this ?
