Why can’t my computer connect to the internet?

The power went out, and my computer hasn’t been able to connect to the internet since. The WiFi icon in the bottom right either doesn’t pop up, or it’s grayed out and unable to toggled. It also refused to detect my internet despite the internet being back on. I tried connecting to my personal hotspot, and it didn’t detect that either. Bluetooth still works perfectly fine. I’ve tried restarting the computer and doing the network reset but neither had an effect.
