I've received conflicting or misinformation about ONE DRIVE in terms of both what happens if you delete an item in the cloud and whether it also gets deleted on the hard drive - as well as misinformation about access to ONE DRIVE if one cancels a subscription. Even your own customer service people admit that there is considerable confusion among MS customers about what items in the cloud are linked to the PC and which are strictly in the cloud. I just recently learned there are different symbols!It would be very helpful to users if you offered a dialogue box when you go to ONE DRIVE to clear
