I have 50 dollars in my Microsoft account that I wish to buy a drawing software with in the Microsoft store. If I use a card for a purchase, it works. If I try to use my balance, it just displays "Contact us at Microsoft support, we’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out." The problems that it shows that I may have on the classic support page don't affect me, what do I do?
