Why can't I switch to Mechanical off state (G3) Windows 11

So here's my dilemma. I have the MASS Save power strip that allows me to control a bunch of different outlets with one switch (my computer). If my computer is off, all the other devices are off UNTIL I boot up my computer. This worked fine on my old PC. I recently acquired a new PC with Windows 11. When I turn off my computer, the power strip still thinks the computer is "ON" which won't allow any of the other devices to power off. This defeats the purpose of my power strip. I cannot find the Mechanical off state on my computer in my BIOs setting or anywhere on the computer. Please help.SPECS-
