Why can’t i sign in with my normal account onto my laptop?

It’s saying that windows can’t sign me in with this account and that I need to use a different one even though that’s the account i’ve been using for years? I definitely haven’t put in the wrong password as I’ve tried fingerprint and face ID and all come up with the same message!
