Why can't I scroll my photos using Windows 10 Photo app? I've read existing reports and tried the solutions but nothing worked. Why are we even having to ASK this question, Microsoft? What's wrong with your Engineers that they would even ALLOW this failure? So I'll just have to use another photo app, since you can't solve it either, Microsoft.
