WHY CANT I OPEN SPOTIFY.

Hello, today i tried to open spotify on my computer, but when i clicked on it, it showed me that i need to ask a microsoft parent from microsoft family. It never showed me something like this. So i clicked on "ask permission" and when my microsoft parent allowed it, nothing even happened. I uninstalled spotify, and installed it back but it again, said to ask for permission. Nothing is working. Help and microsoft, u better fix this soon .
